Frequently asked questions
Can I try Wedding Steward for free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no card is required. Plan as long as you like and upgrade only if you need more.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted. You'll see a friendly prompt, and everything you've already added keeps working. Upgrade to Premium to go beyond the Free limits.
What is the Anniversary plan?
After your wedding, Anniversary keeps your website online for a small yearly fee. Your guest list and gallery stay visible but become read-only. You can switch back to Premium at any time.
I already planned with Wedding Steward. Am I affected?
No. Weddings created before plans launched keep Premium free for life. You don't need to do anything.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual Premium purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days of your first annual purchase, and Anniversary within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I export or delete my data?
Any time. Go to Settings → Download my data for a full export. Account deletion has a 7-day grace period in case you change your mind.
Can I pay for an upgrade yet?
Not yet. Paid upgrades are coming soon. Until then, the Free plan is fully available.
